The DSR-50/DSR-50P is a new DVCAM™ portable recorder built for a wide range of applications that includes ENG/EFP production. With an innovative and compact design that includes a built-in 2.5-type LCD monitor, the DSR-50/DSR-50P performs a multiplicity of roles.

It is ideal for the Polecam system, with its 26-pin CCZ connector it attaches directly to the Polecam interface unit allowing total control from the joystick. The system can be mounted on the back of the Polecam and powered from the auxiliary power supply outlet.

This unit gives maximum performance with component in/out, composite in/out, S-Video in/out and Firewire in/out as well as 4 channels of audio.
