There is a choice of lightweight remote head cameras - for SD, Toshiba have an excellent 3 CCD broadcast unit, the TU61/TU63 (PAL; also an NTSC version available), which has 750 lines horizontal resolution. There is a choice of excellent HD cameras from Toshiba, Iconix and Camera Corps. Ikegami make a 1080i high definition camera which will fit on Polecam and is available for rent from us.

Polecam is designed to be lightweight and portable.
